Processing Time

All of our products are made in small, intentional batches. Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before your item is shipped. During high-demand periods or holidays, processing may take a bit longer—we appreciate your patience!

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Estimated Delivery: 3–4 weeks from the date of your order.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or weather-related disruptions.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide!

Delivery times vary based on location but can take 3–6 weeks depending on customs and carrier delays.
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be clearly noted.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at beautyfromtherootllc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you. We’ll do our best to make it right.
